The project
Mylo is a web based business operating system. It brings everyday business activity into a shared workspace, with an interface organized around the work a business owner needs to understand and act on.
What we built
The platform shown here brings together a payments overview, product sales, registrations, bookings, orders, sales pages, payouts, and locations. The overview combines common actions with a view of recent sales and the channels those sales came through.
How we organized the experience
We structured the payments workspace around two questions: what does the business need to do, and what is happening right now? Clear actions for selling a product, taking registrations, and accepting bookings sit above a summary of collections and orders.
Making business activity easier to understand
The dashboard brings summary information and individual transactions into the same view. Recent sales show order status, while channel reporting groups activity by its source. This lets the interface move from an overall picture to the records behind it without changing context.
A connected workspace
Mylo combines a persistent navigation system with a focused workspace for each business area. The screenshot also shows a chat sidebar with prompts around sales, returning customers, and social content, placing business questions alongside operational tools.
