PMOS

A connected view of property management.

PMOS property dashboard with rent collection, tasks, maintenance work orders, accounting, and vacancy

The project

PMOS is a property management web application covering both the overall portfolio and the everyday work associated with individual properties. It brings property records, people, and operational tasks into one application.

What we built

The documented application includes portfolios, properties, units, tenants, leases, maintenance, vendors, inspections, tasks, documents, financial areas, reporting, and organization access.

How we organized the platform

We structured the experience from the broadest view down to the individual record: portfolio, property, unit, and related tenant or lease. Operational areas such as maintenance and inspections extend that structure to the work needed to manage each property.

Connecting records with operations

The project brings long lived records and immediate tasks into the same product. Lease and tenant information establish the context, while maintenance, vendor, and inspection areas represent the ongoing work around it.

The delivered experience

The completed application scope provides a connected foundation for property operations and reporting. This case study describes the documented product areas, without claiming a particular customer portfolio size or deployment footprint.
